What happens if something goes wrong

Returns — 14 days

Unopened, unused bars within 14 days of receipt: full refund, no questions. Email bonjour@vamoure.com with your order reference and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refunds post within 3 business days of the bar landing back at the bench.

Damaged in transit

If a bar arrives broken, melted, or otherwise unhappy, photograph it and email the same address. We'll ship a replacement that day at no charge — no need to return the original.

Opened bars

We can't accept returns on opened bars for hygiene reasons. If something is wrong with a bar you've started using — scent off, lather wrong, anything — write to us anyway. We'll make it right.

Order changes

We pack on Wednesday mornings. If you need to change or cancel an order, email before noon Eastern on Wednesday and we'll catch it. After that, we'll process the change as a return once you receive the package.

Address corrections

Mistakes happen. If you spot a typo in your shipping address, write to us within an hour of placing the order and we'll fix it before packing.

Gift orders

Include a note in the order's notes field and we'll write it by hand on a small card tucked into the package. Gift orders ship without the price displayed on any paperwork.
